The ECV CERP was adopted by the South Coast AQMD Governing Board on December 4, 2020. Staff has worked with the Community Steering Committee (CSC) to develop additional details to be included in the CERP Amendment to further address the community’s concerns. The table below includes all portions of the CERP where changes are being proposed and will be submitted to the South Coast AQMD Governing for consideration. All other portions of the ECV CERP will remain the same and can be found below in the link:
